Pavilion on the Stripsenkopf
A wind shield pavilion in the Kaiser Mountains in Kirchdorf in Tirol!
On a wonderful viewing point not far from the Stripsenjochhaus you can see this wind shield pavilion. The pavilion was set up in 1924 by the Neuötting (Bavaria) section of the Alpine Association. However the pavilion was destroyed in the 60s by a lightning strike. To mark the 100 year anniversary of the Stripsenjochhaus, the pavilion was rebuilt in 2002. In our region, the Stripsenkopf is one of the most popular viewing mountains.
