Workshop ‘Promoting mental health in children’
Children who participate in sports with performance measurement (e.g. in the form of competitions) need to be physically and mentally healthy. In this workshop, the speakers will demonstrate ways to promote physical and mental regeneration using the example of children who take part in biathlon and cross-country skiing.
