The Kitzbüheler Alpen Card is your personal pocket-sized advantage card. When staying in one of the four tourist regions - Holiday region Hohe Salve, Brixental Valley, St. Johann in Tirol region and PillerseeTal - you will receive a guest card from your host there or online. With the card you can enjoy many appealing offers on activities, cable car tickets, family offers and much more. You can also use the guest card as a free travel ticket on public transport. Your guest card therefore offers easy, quick and environmentally friendly transport. This offer includes all local trains (excluding IC, EC and Railjet) within the region from Wörgl to Hochfilzen and back. In the four regions certain bus lines are also included. Give your car a holiday too! You can explore the highlights and excursion destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps quickly and conveniently with the train & bus. When showing a valid guest card from one of the four tourist regions in the Kitzbühel Alps (Holiday Region Hohe Salve, Brixental Valley, St. Johann in Tirol region and PillerseeTal) you can use all ÖBB local trains from Wörgl to Hochfilzen for free. The rail line runs for over 66 kilometres with 18 train stations that the trains stop at daily. On weekdays, the trains operate every half hour between Wörgl and Hochfilzen (excluding IC, EC and Railjet). You can use the regional buses with your card, as these services are also included. Would you like to travel on public transport into the Kitzbühel Alps? All the hosts can issue you with a mobile guest card before your arrival. Travel into the resorts of the Kitzbühel Alps from Wörgl central station is therefore included.

Park & Ride
With the guest card of one of the four regions, you can park at one of the designated Park & Ride train station car parks in the Kitzbühel Alps region for free. Please leave a copy of your valid guest card clearly visible behind the windscreen of your car. The copy of your guest card is your parking ticket. You can park your car at the Park & Ride car parks at the following train stations: Hopfgarten, Westendorf, Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg in Tirol, Kitzbühel, St. Johann in Tirol, Fieberbrunn and Hochfilzen. checkI have not received a Guest Card, what can I do? Please ask your host first. Should you have problems, you can contact the relevant tourist office at any time.
checkCan I use the transport offering when I am arriving? Yes! Just allow your host to issue you with a mobile Guest Card.
checkI have lost my Guest Card, what can I do? Please contact your host right away. They can provide you with a duplicate.
checkHow long is the Guest Card valid for? The Guest Card is valid for the duration of your stay, for a maximum of 21 consecutive days. Validity begins on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure.
checkDo you still need a ticket for the bus/train despite having a Guest Card? No, your Guest Card works as a travel ticket, therefore if requested, please show your Guest Card and photo ID to a conductor or bus driver.
General terms and conditions: The Guest Card is personalised and is non-transferable. It is provided to all guests aged five or over, and is valid only with the full registered name of the guest for the duration of their stay. It can be confiscated without any replacement in cases of misuse. The Guest Card can have its benefits limited for business or other important reasons. The Kitzbüheler Alpen retain the right to change the benefits at short notice. Benefits cannot be refunded or paid in cash. Should you have any further questions on the Kitzbüheler Alpen Card or its benefits, the staff of the information offices will be able to help you.
