Direction by assistant Mag. Matthijs Lunenburg – direction of the recorder ensemble (Mag. Lunenburg is an assistant to Prof. Dorothee Oberlinger at the Mozarteum University) 

In England during the Baroque period, the recorder was the most common melody instrument for amateur musicians. Many transcriptions of famous compositions for recorder also came into being. With this concert, we also address families with their children, as the recorder is often the entry-level instrument alongside early musical education.
