The Fireworks Music (HWV 351) is a five-movement orchestral suite in D major by Georg Friedrich Handel and is among his most popular works. It was composed at the request of King George II as festive music for the fireworks in celebration of the Peace of Aix-la-Chapelle and premiered in London on April 27, 1749.
