Starting point for the tour is the info office Itter, which you’ll find directly at the village square. From there, follow the Itterer-road past Cafè Stefan's supermarket to the Rose-signpost. There a narrow side road begins, which will soon take you to the viewing platform. Enjoy the view of Itter Castle and the surrounding townships of the Holiday Region Hohe Salve. The trail continues along a small path through the shady forest. A comfortable rest area beckons to relax and enjoy nature. After a short section uphill, you’ll get to the farm town of Itter. There you can take a look at the urban and vegetable garden of the Mitterer-farmer. Past traditional farmhouses you’ll get to the water lily pond and the "rITTERspielplatz" - Knights' Realm Playground. There children can play and let off steam to their hearts’ content. Adults will find comfortable wooden loungers to relax on. Along the forest road it’s then back to the starting point of the hike again.
