Tour information

The starting point of this hike is at the summit of the Hohe Salve, which is best reached via the Salvenbahn I and II from Hopfgarten. It takes about 20 minutes to walk along the Sundial Trail past sundials and a wind harp once around the summit of the Hohe Salve.
This route is suitable for young and old and can even be done with an all-terrain pushchair.

Getting there Coming from Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Wörgl Ost - feeder road B178 towards St. Johann i. T. & Kitzbühel - after the tunnel exit towards Hopfgarten - at the roundabout take the B170 towards Hopfgarten - in Hopfgarten before the railway subway turn left towards SkiWelt - follow the signs to your destination.
Coming from Kitzbühel: B170 Brixentalstraße direction Wörgl - in Hopfgarten after the second railway subway take the first exit on the right direction SkiWelt - follow the signs to the finish.
Public transport bus: Hopfgarten Berglift train station
