Panorama hike Kleine Salve

The starting point of the tour is the middle station of the Salvistabahn Itter.
From there, follow the signs in the direction of Kleine Salve (no. 70). Hike up the forest path over a few hairpin bends to the mountain station of the Salvistabahn cable car. At the mountain station of the Salvistabahn, turn off onto trail no. 68 to the Kleine Salve reservoir. Pass the reservoir and walk briefly downhill (no. 68) past the Kälbersalvenalpe and up again to the Alpengasthof Rigi (no. 65/67). Continue past the Rigi Alpine Inn up to the Hohe Salve (no. 65).
From the Hohe Salve, follow signpost no. 90 past the Salvensee lake and the Hohe Salve reservoir. Continue along the trail to the Hopfgarten middle station (no. 90/99) and from there hike to the fork, where you turn left to Itter (no. 65c).
Here you follow the path straight on towards the KRAFTalm (no. 67/68). After the forest trail, you return to the starting point via trail no. 69.
