KochArt is an association of 18 restaurateurs, who use produce from local farms and producers, and indicate this on their menus. The KochArt restaurateurs offer their guests several speciality weeks throughout the year with a focus on regional products. At the centre of this is quality local produce and co-operation with local farmers and tourism. Long lost breeds of animals and types of vegetables have been rediscovered with a select group of local farmers. Did you really enjoy your meal?
