Christine Lindner cooks with love, the kitchen team is young and creative. Fresh and local products from our own farm and the Schörgerer farm cheese dairy, as well as from regional farms, are transformed into creative, traditional, extraordinary dishes.
We are particularly proud of our Styrian wines. Our relatives, the Maitz family from southern Styria, conjure up wonderful wines. Fruit brandies and schnapps are served from our own distillery.
