St. Johann provides the perfect piste conditions to kick start the new ski season. From extensive pistes, to leisurely slopes, this ski area provides the perfect start for a variety-packed ski holiday.
The biggest ski area in the Kitzbühel Alps invites you to explore the pistes. Take the Postbus to Ellmau, from where you take the Hartkaiserbahn to get to the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area. Discover the variety-packed pistes in this area, until you head back to your accommodation in St. Johann in Tirol in the evening.
Take the train to legendary Kitzbühel. Take the Hahnenkammbahn up into the adventure-packed Kitzbühel / Kirchberg ski area. Enjoy countless piste variants, until, after a special skiing adventure, you take the train back to St. Johann.
The Fieberbrunn ski area was set up in 2015 with Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang and is currently the biggest interconnected ski area in Austria. The extensive piste network promises pure variety.
The Steinplatte ski area in the Tirol-Salzburg-Bavaria border triangle area is linked with the Winkelmoosalm in Reit im Winkl. On the Austrian side, it is accessible via the 15-seater gondola from Waidring and offers extensive slopes for all ability levels.
