Cordial Cup Tirol

The international Cordial Cup has been held for over 20 years. Since it was set up in 1998, the tournament has become one of the biggest football tournaments for up-and-coming Junior players in Europe. For many teams, the Cordial Cup is a key date, particularly for teams from the top rung of the respective premier leagues. The tournament takes place every year at Whitsun in and around the St. Johann in Tirol region. Experience thrilling games on the football pitches in the Kitzbühel Alps!

As per the maxim, ‘Small mixes it with large’, this year once again more than 150 teams from around 15 countries will compete at the Cordial Cup, which provides a very prestigious image for Junior players. Every year famous clubs including FC Barcelona, FC Liverpool, FC Bayern München, Borussia Dortmund and many others take part in the tournament. An extensive programme of supporting events, starting with the celebratory opening event on the Friday, with the procession into the stadium in Kirchberg, to the main prize awards ceremony with all the participating teams in St. Johann in Tirol, there is so much on offer for guests and players alike.
