Our sunny and cozy pure mountain BASE is located in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. There are lots of outdoor sports possible within only a few minutes of walking- or driving distance. e.g. the magical Grießbachklamm, the golf course, diverse skiing areas and the cross-country ski-tracks.
The BASE is our private house, which includes two comfortable apartments, where you can enjoy your holidays.

The exclusive apartment pure mountain BASE one is 90m² big and is located in the first floor. She offers a large living area with a convertible sofa-bed (for 2 persons), a stove and a well-equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and freezing compartment). It consists of two sleeping rooms with privat bath room, an extra toilette, a small storage room and a balcony on the east side. On the ground floor there is a special room for ski equipment and a garage for bikes.

The cozy apartment pure mountain BASE two is located on the second floor with a small balcony. It consists of a combined sleeping and living room with a kingsize bed, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separated childrens room with 2 single beds. On the ground floor there is a special room for ski equipment and a garage for bikes.
Included: Wifi, roomsafe, heating, hot water, garage for bikes, special room for ski equipment.
Exclusive: cleaning fee, local taxes, regional food basket, travel insurance, hiking or climbing guide

The last meters to our BASE: from Erpfendorf direction Kössen. Take the second street on the right side, right again, pass by the soccer field, continue left and turn right to find our house at the end of the street. You can also find signposts for Pure Mountain.
