Perfectly located in a quiet area, my house is your ideal accommodation for spending your vacation in St. Johann in Tirol.
It is a small bed and breakfast (not a hotel) in original Austrian Tyrolean style, operated by me with the help of a cleaning lady.

For winter visitors, we are directly on the ski slopes and just a few meters from the Harschbichl cable car.

Summer visitors can enjoy the peaceful, quiet atmosphere with the feeling of being in nature. In the morning, one sometimes has the luck to see deer at the edge of the forest and meadows.

Only a 5-minute walk to the town center, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants and shops.

Rooms are serviced every 2nd day for stays of at least 3-nights and towels will be changed on the 3rd day for stays of at least 6-nights.

Conditions

Our continental breakfast is served buffet-style in our cosy breakfast room at 2 sittings namely, 7.15-8.15am or 8.30-9.30am, and consists of a variety of cereals, yoghurts, breads, bread-rolls, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Arrival description

Take the exit "St. Johann Süd", follow the direction to "St. Johann Bergbahnen", approx. 400m after the town sign St. Johann, turn right onto Winterstellerweg, #7 at the end of the road on the left hand side.

I will facilitate your personal check-in, which is available between 15h00 and 18h00, with prior advice of your approximate arrival/check-in time as well as confirmation on the day you arrive.
