Incense Rituals for the Whispering Nights with Herbal Fairy Sonja Schwaiger!

Myths, legends, and old customs have always been fascinating for humans. One of these customs is incense burning during the Whispering Nights. But where did the Whispering Nights originate? How many Whispering Nights are there, and how can they be integrated into today’s everyday life? You will learn this and much more at our “My Yapadu” impulse “Winter Whispering Night Happiness”.

We want to begin the evening under hopefully starry skies near the Hotel & Gut Kramerhof with a incense ritual . The soothing smoke and fragrance of the herbs and resins will accompany us as we send our wishes and thoughts into the winter night. After the contemplative ritual, we will retreat to the toboggan hut for a cozy exchange. Hot punch and festive delicacies will round off the winter evening.

Requirements: Easy, short evening hike; good footwear and warm ski or winter hiking clothing; possibly hiking poles and headlamp;
