Small bikers, bike-rookies, but also cycling pros will find plenty of fun and action on the new OD Trails. The OD Trails in Oberndorf offer ideal conditions for bikers who want to improve their skills gradually. The centre of the new trail arena is the jump park. It is part of the green line, the easiest route. With a distance of 900 metres and 8.9% downhill gradient, the line is ideal for getting a good feel for your bike. The kids ride their first perfect curves and find the centre on their bike on bumps and rollers. With a series of small successes, the joy of cycling is sustained. Those who feel confident on the green line can raise their game and tackle the blue, red and all the way to the black trail.
The area for bike-fans – the black uphill trail: While on the blue line you can already practice steeper sections, and the red line features bigger chance and tight curves, the black uphill trail requires plenty of bike-experience. Here you need to negotiate switchbacks, large rocks, steps and obstacles of wood. Cross-country bikers and e-bikers can also test their limits here.
With the Bike Wash, the bikes can be quickly and conveniently freed from dirt again.
The OD trails can be ridden daily in the summer months. There is an ascent option by bike. Those who prefer a more comfortable ride can also use the Tauwiesen T-bar lift during operating hours.
