Koasa Trail Stage 5
Our self serivce farm shop is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
And from around mid-March to mid-November we have a booth at the St. Johann's Weekly Market (every Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, except public holidays).
You can find Schörger delicacies and other regional products directly in our farm shop:
- Raw milk cheese
- Sour cream butter, fresh buttermilk - yoghurt, curd cheese, fruit whey
- Small muuuh (fresh cheese with herb coating)
- Schnaps
- Fresh meat, bacon, sausages
- Jams (various kinds) & honey
- Home made bread
- Muesli & crackers (made from Tyrolean spelt)
- Tea & salt
- Vinegar & oil
- Eggs
