Our ***apartment house is located in a quiet, sunny area with a view of the breathtaking surrounding mountains – the perfect place to recharge your energy and strengthen both body and mind. Here you will find peace and relaxation for a restful vacation.

The apartment house is just 1.5 km from the town center and is an ideal starting point for hikes on the romantic winter trails of St. Johann and for cycling and hiking in the summer. The cross-country skiing trail starts directly at the house. The ski area is only a 5-minute drive away, as is the indoor pool, and the ski bus stop is just 100 meters away.

Our apartments range from 44 to 55 m² for 2 to 6 people. The amenities include: Smart-TV (Netflix, etc.), bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, iron, towels, bath towels, safe, and a carport where you can park.

I have been working with great enthusiasm for over 30 years at the St. Johann Mountain Railways as an office clerk. With my training at the Tourism School and years of experience, I am here to serve you as a host with great heart and dedication.

I truly enjoy welcoming guests like you and giving you valuable tips on restaurants, hiking trails, and everything our beautiful region has to offer. My goal is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.
