www.fieberbrunn.com/summer2024

The first 800 metres or so in altitude can be comfortably covered with the Fieberbrunn cable cars. From the Lärchfilzkogel mountain station you descend to the Wildalm and uphill to the Wildseeloderhaus (refreshments available). Then via Seenieder (1,933 m) and the Niedermahdstein (1,899 m) to the next fork in the trail. Here we leave the AV trail 711 and take trail no. 2 "Fieberbrunner Höhenweg", which turns off to the right, towards Gebrakapelle and to Gebrajoch. Continue below the Gaisberg peak and then walk down towards the Lengfilzenalm and Schlinachalm. But at the fork in the road at the Herrgottbrücke (small car park), follow the hiking trail out of the valley along the Pletzerbach stream. When you reach the main road, keep to the right and walk towards the centre. Walk along the Achenpromenade back to the starting point (alternative: take the bus from the centre to the mountain railway).
