WE is more than just a word. It is an attitude, a vision and the key to an exciting life in PillerseeTal. We at the tourism association firmly believe that strong connections between employees in our region can not only improve the atmosphere in the workplace, but also increase general well-being.
For this reason, the initiative "WIR. Employees for Employees" initiative was launched, in which employees from various businesses and the tourism association support employees in finding a place to feel good here in PillerseeTal.

Confidently and at eye level, we provide impetus for a sustainable living environment. Together with our municipalities, service providers and partner businesses, we take steps to ensure that sustainability becomes a visible and natural part of tourism life in the region. We primarily act as initiators and process facilitators, consider sensible alternatives and provide support in designing a sustainable offering.
Our aim is to develop a sustainable living space with a sense of proportion and purpose, supporting each other as equals and accepting and tolerating all ways of thinking. In this way, we want to inspire our guests, employees, members and partners for sustainable opportunities in the PillerseeTal living space.
