Bee Nature Trail at the Pillersee

Between the picturesque Pillersee and the Öfenschlucht you can find the small but beautiful bee nature trail in St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The majority of the tour passes through shaded terrain and is, therefore, an ideal tour tip for hot summer days. Along the trail, there are countless informative display boards, where you can learn about bees, honey and environmental protection. With the Loferer Steinberge always in sight, this short hike is no secret to families. In summer, guided tours take place every Thursday from the end of April until approx. end of September

In the peaceful countryside of the PillerseeTal, you can find unique alpine flora, which is necessary for the production of high-quality bee products. With this is mind, the Bienenzuchtverein Pillersee (Pillersee Beekeepers Association) has designed the bee nature trail with information boards directly at the Pillersee.
