Delicacies from the Tyrolean mountains

Ingredients:

  • check800 g boiled potatoes

  • check200 g cooked beef

  • check200 g bacon

  • check150 g onions

  • check4 eggs

  • checkButter

  • checkSalt

  • checkParsley

  • checkCaraway

Preparation

Chop the onions and sauté in butter. Also chop the bacon and the beef into small dices and sauté together with the onions. Slice the potatoes and add to the pan. Season well. Serve the dish with a fried egg.
