Delicacies from the Tyrolean mountains

Ingredients

  • check250 g flour

  • check2 eggs

  • check1/4 l milk

  • check500 g blueberries

  • checkSalt

  • check100 g margarine to fry

  • checkIcing sugar

Preparation

Simply mix flour, eggs, milk and salt together to a dough. Add the blueberries. Melt some margarine in a pan. Use a spoon to put the dough in the pan. Fry the little pancakes on both sides. Serve with icing sugar on top.
