Fried apple slices
Delicacies from the Tyrolean mountains

Ingredients
check4 large apples
check1 spoon lemon juice
checkoil to fry
checkicing sugar
checkcinnamon
Batter
check150 g flour
check3 eggs
check1 pinch of salt
check1/8 l milk
check1 dash of rum
Wine batter:
check1/4 l whine wine
check220 g flour
check35 g sugar
check1 pinch of salt
checkJuice of half a lemon
check3 eggs
Preparation
Remove the core and peel the apples. Cut the apples in slices (approx. 1-1.5 cm thick) and drizzle over the lemon juice. Mix the milk, flour, salt, eggs and rum to a nice batter. Dip the apples in the batter and deep-fry them for approx. 3 minutes. Serve with sugar powder and cinnamon.
A small hint: When you use the wine batter the apple slices will get a special flavour.
