Bacon dumplings
Delicacies from the Tyrolean mountains

Ingredients:
check250 g dumpling bread
check100 g Tyrolean bacon
check125 ml milk
check2 eggs
checkSalt
checknutmeg
check1 table spoon of chopped parsley
check40 g flour
check1,5 l beef soup
checkChopped chives to garnish
Preparation
Mix the dumpling bread with the small diced bacon. Add together milk, eggs, salt, nutmeg, parsley and season. Poor this mix to the dumpling bread. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Now mix in the flour and form little dumplings with wet hands. Boil in salty water for 10 – 15 minutes. Serve the dumplings with beef soup and garnish with chives.
