check360 g flour

check1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Salt the flour, mix with the milk to form a thick paste, add the eggs. Melt the butter in the pan and pour in the batter. Add the sliced apples, turn, chop, add the butter and leave to simmer in the covered pan for 2 minutes.
