The sun is already shining, the last of the snow is still melting from the mountain peaks and vibrant spring in all its splendour is already preparing for the coming summer. Eight idyllic and natural holiday destinations are waiting for you in the heart of Tyrol - in the Hohe Salve region ! The hiking paths have been redeveloped and new information material, including hiking maps, have been newly prepared. Filled with joy, we would like, TOGETHER with you, to head into an event-packed mountain summer ! Thanks to the perfect altitude in the Hohe Salve region and temperatures that are already starting to warm up, hiking and cycling are possible earlier here with us than they are in other regions.

Road riding and other cycling in spring

When a tailwind blows and you pass by superb natural surroundings, you realise that daily life couldn’t be any further away! Since 1st April it will once again be possible to push on those pedals in the Hohe Salve region!
No matter if you are an adrenaline junkie or a pleasure rider. The variety-packed bike route network throughout the Kitzbühel Alps has suitable tours for every type of rider. The Hohe Salve region is perfectly suited as a starting point for cycle excursions in Tyrol's mountains!

✔ 190 km road bike and other bike paths in the Hohe Salve region
✔ of which, 130 km are pure mountain bike routes
✔ (E-) bike hire available throughout the region
✔ Numerous bookable tours with qualified guides in the region
✔ KAT Bike - bookable bike trail through the entire Kitzbühel Alps with luggage transfer

All MTB routes can be used every year from 1st April to 31st October.
