Organic wagyu meat dry aged
We are the first organic Wagyu farm in Tyrol. In summer, our cattle get their feed from the meadows and alpine pastures. In winter, our animals get the highest quality hay.
We follow an organic path and give the animals time to develop high-quality and healthy meat. We only slaughter adult animals.
The meat is different from regular beef. It has a much higher proportion of intermuscular fat, with higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and a more intense flavour.
Pre-ordered meat is fresh/cooled ready for you to pick up.
While stocks last, our organic Wagyu meat is also available flash frozen.
