Tour information

From the valley station of the Streuböden cable car, follow the hiking trail next to the bike trail past the small farm shop at the Obinghof farm. Continue along the dirt track to the "Schweinesten" district. Here you turn left onto the forest path. Climbing steadily uphill through the forest, you reach the beautifully situated Streuböden reservoir. Continue over the dam to reach Timoks Wilde Welt and the Streuböden middle station. Return via the same route.

Getting there Coming from St. Johann i.T. or Hochfilzen via the B164 Hochkönig Bundesstraße (coming from Waidring / St. Ulrich via the L2 Pillerseestraße) to Fieberbrunn. At the end of the village / entrance to the village, turn off towards Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn.
Public transport By bus: Bus connection from Ellmau / Kitzbühel / St. Johann i.T. / Lofer and within the PillerseeTal region. Bus stop Fieberbrunn mountain railway. Bus free of charge with guest card.

By train: free train connection from Wörgl to Hochfilzen (regional trains) with guest card. Fieberbrunn railway station. Walking time to the bus stop Fieberbrunn Rosenegg Steig B in the direction of the mountain railway approx. 10 min.
