Run once around the Buchensteinwand and enjoy the dreamlike scenery of the PillerseeTal. Each year on the Austrian National Day it's time for participants to lace up their running shoes and complete the approximately 21 kilometres around the Buchensteinwand. From the valley station of the Bergbahn Pillersee, the route leads along tarmacked or well secured paths, via Hochfilzen and Fieberbrunn and then back to the start. Along the route, there are countless refuelling stations, where you can build up your strength in between. Anyone can take part, from amateur athletes to running professionals.
