Mountain bike guide from the Brixental Valley
The Kitzbüheler Alpen are both Lena’s passion and home. She keeps fit mountain biking in Summer and ski touring in Winter and is constantly discovering undiscovered places. In doing so, she is constantly on the lookout for new adventures and explores every conceivable way to get closer to her goals.
A feeling of freedom on a bike
The young local finds her absolute challenge in mountain biking. Strenuous uphill climbs and even passages where she has to carry her bike are no problem. Downhill, she looks for challenging single trails where she only has to concentrate on herself and not think about anything else. Mountain biking is associated with freedom, play and fun. Nothing more is required for a fulfilling biking day in the Kitzbüheler Alpen.
Do you feel like biking? As a mountain bike guide, Lena teaches her students technique skills. The nice thing about it: “The participants are motivated and progress very quickly. They often surprise themselves with everything they can achieve.” Through her work, she gets to know and appreciate her home more and more.

checkWhat makes my native home special ... for me, the Kitzbüheler Alpen are more versatile than any other mountain range: gentle, rugged, relaxed and exciting. Throughout the year there is never a shortage of ideas to experience something outdoors.
checkWhat is my emotional connection to the Kitzbüheler Alpen and why ... it is always nice to return to the place where you have made nice memories. Just as it is nice to see and discover new things, it is also nice to go back to where you feel at home.
“Home is not a place. Home is a feeling. And in the mountains I feel at home.”
