Many even claim that you can taste the quality and that is also true. Have you ever tasted a really fresh mountain cheese? Or bacon that has just completed the smoking process? There is simply nothing tastier.
Admittedly: On the other hand, shopping directly at the nearest farm shop is like a surprise bag - in a positive sense, of course. Every farmer has his own individual secret recipe. So it can happen that the bacon from one farm shop tastes different from the other. This makes the culinary delights from the farm a tasty experience at the same time.
That is exactly what "Region to Go" is all about: regional treasures, culinary delicacies and, above all, genuine regionality.
Purchasing directly from our farm shops and outlets is not only good for the palate but also supports our environment: short production chains and routes, while being produced sustainably and with passion. Added to that, experience the region from a completely different perspective - not to mention our friendly and endearing farmers!
Farm Shops and Farm Outlets
Where good products are nearby, Brixental regionality is in the picture
Often referred to as "regional gold": cheese, smoked bacon, boxln, eggs, yoghurt, butter or good, tasty, freshly baked farmhouse bread - produce from our own production. Of course, the quality farm products shouldn't be out of anyone's reach because it simply doesn't get any more regional, tasty and genuine than directly from our hard-working and creative farmers.
Our ambassadors of pleasure in the region
Regional Farm Shops in Brixen, Kirchberg and Westendorf
Why not visit our local farm shops and experience Brixental "to go" and real culinary delights for yourself, directly from the farm. Please note that many farm outlet shops do not have regular opening hours or only offer sales at certain times. We recommend that you contact them in advance by telephone and make an appointment. But even a spontaneous visit can be worthwhile from time to time. You will not regret your visit. That much is certain!
Do you also have a farm shop in the region and would like to be listed with the Tourism Association?
