Welcome to WE.employees for employees, the innovative employee initiative that was launched at the beginning of 2023. It is aimed at tourism and business enterprises in Pillerseetal and is based on a simple but effective principle: suggestions and ideas come directly from the employees.
This results in tailor-made measures that take into account the actual needs of employees and benefit both them and the businesses. Our aim is to promote measures that offer real added value for employees and companies and strengthen the sense of community in the region.
Thanks to funding from the state of Tyrol, we were able to develop a WE.employees for employees web app. This digitalization project enables us to make many functions even easier for employees and companies.

The company that achieves the most new registrations per employee in relation to the size of the company by the end of the winter season will win a day trip on a coach from Dödlinger Touristik - you and your team can organise the trip however you like: adventurous, relaxing or cultural - it's entirely up to you how you organise this special day. (The maximum operating time of the bus is 9 hours, with a maximum range of 250 kilometers.)
