From the hiking & biking starting point after the Eiserne Hand inn, walk right along the Schwarzarche into the Hörndlinger Graben (note: path leads through tunnel). About halfway along the trail, you reach the small "Schreienden Brunnen" waterfalls with a shady resting place. Legend has it that the alpine dairymen living in abundance and iniquity at Wildseeloder were flooded by God's wrath. The Wildseeloder lake was formed. The crying of the alpine dairymen can still be heard today in the ditch near the "crying wells".
The tour continues slightly uphill to the cosy Pulvermacher Almhütte refreshment stop.
Walking time for one route (Eiserne Hand to Pulvermacher Almhütte approx. 1h30)
(The route can also be taken by car to the hut).
