We warmly welcome you to our well-kept and family-run house in St. Jakob in Haus!

In a quiet and sunny location, not far from the cable car Buchensteinwand and directly next to the entry point for the cross-country ski trail Pillerseetal, (winter) hiking trails, and the toboggan run, a comfortable 64 m² holiday apartment awaits you.

The ideal location makes your holiday perfect:
In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center with grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and ATMs.
It takes approximately 15 minutes on foot to get to the family area Pillersee.
The indoor pool Aubad in winter and two bathing lakes in summer are only a 10-minute drive away.
The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

The comfortable 64 m² apartment, which is completely carpet-free, offers a cozy living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and 2 separate bedrooms (Note: the 2nd bedroom with its own shower and sink is available for a minimum occupancy of 3 persons).
Enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the Lofer Stone Mountains. In summer, the garden can be used as well. Additional comforts include satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a room safe, and a ski room with a ski boot dryer.
