a) Incompatibility with the Web Accessibility Directive for the implementation of the guidelines (EU) 2016 / 2102 Unv

  • checkAt a zoom of 200 percent on the desktop there are wrapping problems with help texts in pop-up windows, this affects criterion 1.4.4 (change text size)

b) Disproportionate burden

  • checkOur videos are hosted and published on the video platform Youtube. It is not possible to provide the required audio descriptions for some of these videos. Success criterion 1.2 time-based-media is therefore only met to a limited extent.

  • checkIn the booking process it is not possible to check, correct and confirm entered user information before submitting the form. Success criterion 3.3.4 Error Prevention is only met to a limited extent.
