The competition is valid for bookings on or before the 30th of November 2022. Participation in the competition is only possible until this date. All bookings that have already been received for the Winter season will also be taken into account. Bookings received after the end of the deadline will not be considered. The competition takes place on the Kitzbühel Alps website: https://www.kitzbueheler-alpen.com/. Participation in the competition takes place by making a booking by the above-mentioned deadline. All those booking will be determined by the Kitzbühel Alps and will receive information about the INTERSPORT discount vouchers via an automatically generated e-mail. The vouchers can then be accessed in the Mykitzalps area. The winner of the premium ski rental will be chosen at random from all bookers by the above date.

Participation in the prize draw is subject to the purchase of services. The prize cannot be settled in cash. Only adults are eligible to participate. Employees of the Kitzbüheler Alpen are excluded from participation. Participation by prize draw agencies and with the aid of automatically generated mass mailings is not permitted. All bookers will receive the discount vouchers and the winner of the premium rental skis will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by the promoter by email within 14 days of the end of the promotional period and will be asked to contact the promoter within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, uses unauthorised aids or otherwise tampers with the prize. In such cases, the prize may be withdrawn or reclaimed. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This option will be used in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hardware/software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
