Tour information

Starting point of this hike is the middle station Hopfgarten. Ascent to the middle station is possible with the Salvenbahn 1 from Hopfgarten. From there, follow trail no. 99 to the Hohe Salve reservoir.
Continue to the Salvensee via trail no. 90/99.
Via the southern slope you then hike to the summit of the Hohe Salve (no. 90/95).

Back to the starting point, follow the signs no. 90/95 in the direction of the Hopfgarten middle station.
Alternatively, you can take the Salvenabahn back to the valley.

Getting there From Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Wörgl Ost - feeder road B178 towards St. Johann i. T. & Kitzbühel - after the tunnel exit towards Hopfgarten - at the roundabout take the B170 towards Hopfgarten - in Hopfgarten before the railway underpass turn left towards SkiWelt - follow the signs to your destination.

From Kitzbühel: B170 Brixentalstraße direction Wörgl - in Hopfgarten after the second railway underpass take the first exit on the right direction SkiWelt - follow the signs to the finish.
