favorite_borderfavoriteThe starting point for this tour is the Wasserfeld car park P3 in Hopfgarten.
From there, follow signpost no. 269 through the centre of Hopfgarten.
Pass the Hopfgarten information office to reach the valley station, where you turn left onto Lindrainweg (no. 269). At the Hopfgarten middle station, follow signpost no. 269 past the Hohe Salve reservoir and the Salvensee lake. From there, follow the signs in the direction of the Rigi. You can make a detour to the Kleine Salve before cycling down into the valley via trail no. 268. Passing the Schornhof farm, turn right into the forest and continue to follow the signs until you reach Itter.
Return to the starting point along trail no. 269 via Hacha.
