Panoramic hike on the sunny side of the Hohe Salve

Even in winter, hiking is a delight for all the senses. The snow muffles sounds, and the white blanket gives the surroundings a fairy-tale atmosphere. Take the Salvenbahn Hopfgarten to the middle station. From there, the tour begins on a quiet, idyllic hiking path - partly through the snow-covered forest, partly open with breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps. The guide will tailor the hiking destination to the guests’ preferences. You can either hike to the summit of the Kleine Salve and return to Hopfgarten via the Salvista cable car and ski bus, or head to the Alpengasthof Rigi in the ski area (with dining options) and then take the chairlift back to the starting point.

Latest registration: until 4 p.m. the day before online or at the tourist information offices
Equipment: winter clothing, sturdy winter shoes, Hiking poles are an advantage
Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: free (excl. gondola ride up and down for € 25.00)
Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 32.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up and down for € 25.00)
