Meditation for clarity and inner peace

Start your morning mindfully and thus create your foundation for a wonderful day. In this special place, amidst a 900-year-old castle ruin, we will practice meditation techniques and breathing exercises together with meditation teacher Ann-Kathrin Steiner to strengthen positive thoughts, a clear mind, and a loving heart in our lives. Everyone aged 12 and up can participate, whether experienced in meditation or those who would like to try something new. Meditation will not take place in rainy weather.

Note: Parking available at Salvenaland | Kelchsauer Str. 27, 6361 Hopfgarten
from there, a approximately 30-minute easy hiking trail leads to the castle ruin
Latest registration: by 4 p.m. the day before online or in the tourist information office
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats will be provided)
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 per person
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 15.00 per person
Duration: 30 minutes (excluding the way there and back)
