Yoga on the Kleine Salve

Do something good for your body and mind. In this session, breathing exercises, dynamic yoga flows, and relaxation techniques are combined for a truly special start to your vacation day. And the best part: the breathtakingly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains! Anyone aged 12 and up can participate, regardless of fitness level or experience. The yoga session takes place at the Almhotel KRAFTalm, located at the mid-station of the Kleine Salve.

Meeting place: Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter
Notice: Access to the hotel only with the Salvista cable car, no car traffic is allowed!
Latest registration: until 4.00 p.m. the day before online or in the tourist information offices
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats are provided)
Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 5,00 (excl. gondola ride up and down)
Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10,00 (excl. gondola ride up and down)
Duration: approx. 2 hours (including gondola ride up and down, 1 hour of yoga)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 10
Level of difficulty: suited for beginners
