Family hike with bbq picnic

Enjoy an unforgettable family time in the idyllic village of Thierbach, located at 1,150 m in the neighboring Wildschönau valley. After a hike – either a short 30-minute route or a longer 1.5-hour trail through the Thierbach Elf Forest with a playground and insect hotel, both stroller-friendly – you’ll be welcomed at the alpine pasture with a breathtaking mountain panorama and a cozy outdoor BBQ picnic to refuel.

Equipment: sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient fluids and sun protection
