Our spacious apartment is located in a newly built solid wood house (completed in August 2021) and has been furnished in a cosy country house style mixed with a modern style. The cosy atmosphere of the wooden walls is rounded off by a clay wall. The flat is completely tiled, all windows have Flexi blinds (no curtains). A modern kitchen, the living/dining area and the two bedrooms offer sufficient space for a relaxed stay.
Equipped with a table, chairs, parasole and hammock, the terrace and the little garden entice not only to relax outdoors but also to take the one or the other picture thanks to the great view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain
The apartment provides 2 satellite flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. The parking spaces available in front of the house round off the quality of a comfortable stay at the foot of the Hohe Salve. Kitchenette, dining and living area, sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds (1 double, 2 single which can be put together to form a double bed), bathroom with shower/WC, extra WC, TV, internet, hall, small storage room. The kitchen equipment comprises e.g. kitchen utensils, cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with hand disinfectant, hairdryer, hand/shower towels, shower mat, toilet paper.
The bedrooms provide bedding and a power socket next to the bed.

The barrier-free apartment is situated between Wörgl and Hopfgarten. It can be reached via the A12 motorway, exit Wörgl Ost or, without toll, via the federal roads B171/178. Also it is easy to get there by train and bus. The bus stop is about 150m from the house. From there you can take the ski bus to the SkiWelt Wilder Kasier - Brixental. First small hikes into the mountains can be started from right behind the house. In close vicinity there are two farm shops of local farms. All important facilities and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes in Wörgl and in Hopfgarten.
