With ground level access, our apartment is situated on the top floor of the newly built farmhouse and is characterized by high-quality materials and attention to detail. We carefully integrated the old wood and some details of our 230 year old farm into the modern apartment.

Feel completely at ease and enjoy our holiday flat "Weitblick" at an altitude of approx. 1200 m. From the balcony you can take in the fantastic view of the Kitzbühel Alps.  

Our eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a high-quality kitchenette including a seating area. There is a stove, an oven,a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Senseo coffee pad machine. A comfortable couch invites you to relax or have a game night in the evening. There is also a TV. The bathroom has a washbasin, a towel dryer, a shower and a separate toilet.  The parents' room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and space for a baby travel bed (only on request), the children's room provides three beds ( bunk bed included)  and a wardrobe. A covered parking space is right in front of the entrance door.

With ground-level entrance the flat is located on the top floor off our newly built farmhouse and is characterised by high-quality materials and a love for details. With hard work by ourselves and a lot of care we intergrated some of the old wood and details of our 230 year old farmhouse into the modern apartment.

Feel at ease and enjoy your stay at our holiday flat "Morgenstund" at 1200 m above sea level. From the balcony you can take in the fantastic view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a high-quality kitchenette including a seating area and has a cooker, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and a coffee machine. In the living room, a cosy sofa (which can be used as a sofa-bed) invites you to relax or have fun at a game night. TV available. The bathroom has a washstand and a towel dryer, shower and WC.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and space for a baby travel cot(on request only). The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. A covered parking space is available directly in front of the entrance door and the terrace.
