Round-trip hike to Jochstubensee

After the ascent with the cable car to Hochbrixen we walk straight ahead as far as the fork in the road, here we turn left. We follow the road uphill to the signpost Brantlalm, where we turn left again. Pass the Brantlalm mountain inn (refreshment stop) and follow the meadow path until you reach a forest road, where you turn left. We continue along the forest road past the Zinsbergalm, (ascending) until shortly before the Filzbodenlift mountain-top station, where we turn left into the small forest path and follow it to the Jochstubensee. Here you will find the next opportunity for refreshments, after a snack we return on the forest road, past the small and large Holzalm to the fork in the road for Oberguggenhauseralm, here we turn right into the roadway, which we follow to the lift station Brixen im Thale.
