This lovingly renovated Tyrolean farmhouse with stylish furnishings offers you a romantic ambience in the middle of the Kitzbühler Alps. The whole house (90m²) is at your disposal.

Due to the stairs to the bedrooms and the wood-burning stoves we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5, and unfortunately we cannot welcome dogs either.

You can reach the village center in a few minutes (the nearest supermarket is about 2 minutes away), the lifts of the large ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trail is about 200m away.

This lovingly renovated Tyrolean farmhouse with stylish furnishings offers you a romantic ambience with a tiled stove in the living room and an original wood-burning stove in the dining room. You can expect: a living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, a 2-bed room (double bed) and a 3-bed room (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (shower and toilet). Central heating, wifi and bluetooth devices are available but no TV.

Conditions

Dear guests, we warmly welcome you on the day of your arrival from 4:00 p.m., a parking space is available free of charge. Departure by 10:00 a.m.;

The deposit is 30% of the rental fee; Both parties can withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 45 days before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee. We recommend a cancellation insurance.
