The guest house with 2 apartements is directly next to the cable-way station and skipists (300 m) and hiking-paths.
Surrounded by forest and fields in a very calm and sunny position the bathing lake "Lauchsee" and the center with restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance.
In the building there are freely disposable: a large lounge with table football, darts and many toys, a storeroom for skiers and boots (drier).
