The starting point for this run is the former Wave parking lot. There you cross the street and follow the path no. 5. You walk along the railroad line until you reach the junction with Karl-Schönherr-Straße. Then cross the street and follow the signs "Gießen Runde" until you reach the starting point.

Getting there Coming from Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Wörgl Ost - take the B171 Wörgl/Wildschönau feeder road - after approx. 500m take the 2nd exit at the roundabout - continue for approx. 3km through Wörgl to the finish on the right-hand side.

Coming from Kitzbühel: B170 through Brixental - after passing through Hopfgarten continue approx. 4km to roundabout, take 3rd exit - continue on feeder road B178 exit towards Wörgl - drive through Loferer Straße until exit on feeder road B171 towards Wörgl - after 500m at roundabout take 2nd exit - continue approx. 3km through Wörgl to finish on right-hand side
