Tour information

The starting point for this hike is the sports and cross-country skiing center in Angerberg. From there, follow the signs no. 5 in the direction of Linden. At the "Haus Waldrand" you walk through a residential area to the next hill, where you turn left down through the forest towards Edwald. Turn right there and follow the road past houses and then along the edge of the forest. At the Baumgarten inn, you return to the starting point. The hike can be shortened at the Edwald district.

Getting there Coming from Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Kirchbichl - at the crossroads turn left onto Kirchbichler Straße - at the traffic circle take the 3rd exit towards Mariastein - follow for approx. 6km.

Coming from Kitzbühel: On B170 Brixentalstraße direction Wörgl - after Hopfgarten in the traffic circle take the 2nd exit on B178 direction Bruckhäusl - follow Loferer Straße until junction right B171 - after 30 m turn left on Europastraße direction Angerberg - follow Angerberger Landstraße for approx. 7 km - after passing the village turn right on Unterinntaler Landstraße direction Mariastein
